Today our young thinkers immersed themselves in the culture of North America through our VESS ”Step Inside” thinking routine. By touching, smelling, and tasting, the children discovered iconic traditions, from enjoying classic hot dogs 🌭 to exploring America’s favorite sport, baseball ⚾️considering perspectives and point of views thru dramatic play.

Hands-on experiences like these help our students build meaningful connections, expand curiosity, and see learning as an exciting adventure! 💡🌎

One of the most powerful events of the year is coming up in October: THINKING THROUGH THE ARTS!

THINKING THROUGH THE ARTS IS a museum experience led by our teachers meant to introduce art to our preschoolers in the most unique way, and combining our VESS curriculum with THINKING ROUTINES from Harvard University.🌟

It is also a time for you to EXPERIENCE OUR VESS CURRICULUM IN ACTION through art, and understand more of what goes on every day in our classrooms.

TICKET PRICE: 💲35 per adult or children 10 years and older (until Friday, September 20th)
💲$40 after Friday, September 20th

Today our little explorers engaged in a VESS provocation centered around identity and observation. Using light, mirrors, and wooden panels, the children investigated how shadows and reflections change depending on perspective.

This experience not only sparked curiosity but also encouraged them to notice details about their own features eyes, hair, smiles and celebrate what makes each of us unique. 🌟

Through play, dialogue, and discovery, they are learning that every face tells a story, and together, those stories create a beautiful community. 💛
