✨ Our young explorers embarked on a sweet and meaningful cooking project 🍯. We connected Egyptian honey — a gift from hardworking bees — with the water element we previously explored, discovering how nature works together in harmony.
Through this experience, children reflected on the vital role of bees and the many ways honey enriches our lives. Using the Keys of Function, Emotion, and Connection and practicing the Habits of Mind: Taking Risks and Managing Impulsivity, they turned learning into an inspiring, hands-on adventure! 🌿🐝

Today our young thinkers immersed themselves in the culture of North America through our VESS ”Step Inside” thinking routine. By touching, smelling, and tasting, the children discovered iconic traditions, from enjoying classic hot dogs 🌭 to exploring America’s favorite sport, baseball ⚾️considering perspectives and point of views thru dramatic play.

Hands-on experiences like these help our students build meaningful connections, expand curiosity, and see learning as an exciting adventure! 💡🌎
